Located poolside on Dhigu, Aqua provides relaxed poolside refreshment and a stylish snack menu. Alternatively, swim up to the bar and create your own cocktail from our innovative recipes. Early evening ushers in the picturesque Indian Ocean sunsets whilst you savour a drink in our upper lounge.

Terrazzo
Italy comes to the tropics in this intimate Italian bistro. Perched high overlooking the Indian Ocean on Dhigu Island, Terrazzo specialises in Italian cuisine, fashioned by chefs who are experts with traditional ingredients and techniques. Savour wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas or our signature seafood spread, accompanied by wines from the northern and southern regions of Italy. Tuscan, Roman and Milanese selections, all enjoyed with sweeping views across the reef.

Fuddan Fusion Grill
Sample the freshest seafood scooped straight from the ocean or feast on imported steaks at this lively fusion grill. Prime aged imported cuts from Japan and Australia. Maldivian prawns, Wahoo and lobster. Facing the inner turquoise reef of Dhigu, the grill offers plentiful ways to enjoy top cuisine. Flame grilled, tandoori, wok sautéed, fired in a wood oven.Tell us how you like it prepared or ask for our suggestions.

Fushi Café
Greet the Maldivian morning sunrise, at the Fushi Café on the white sandy beach of Dhigu Island. Enjoy informal dining at leisure, including American breakfast buffets and themed Maldivian dinner buffets set to the tune of the Bodhu Beru band.

Baan Huraa
Inspired Thai cuisine comes to the sublime beauty of a teak house over-water. Set on stilts above the Dhigufinolhu lagoon, the house opens to sweeping views across the Indian Ocean.
