superb cuisine and an atmosphere of relaxed refinement, the over-water
Lighthouse is the island's highlight.

Cayenne Grill
Alfresco dining in thatched gazebos above the lagoon. Specially prepared
seafood, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes served with sauces of distinction
and a well-presented selection of salads, antipasti, mezze, sushi and
sashimi. Teppanyaki table dining and wood-fired oven are also available.
A favourite retreat for a leisurely meal infused with the flavours of the
tropics.

Lime Restaurant
Thatched, arched and open-sided pavilions by the water for the heart
and soul of good dining. Breakfast selections with champagne to enhance
your wellbeing are tastefully prepared. All-day dining from an à la carte
menu of enticing dishes from around the world.

Open for breakfast (07h30 to 10h30) and all-day dining (11h00 to 23h00)

Villa Dining
On demand 24 hours a day – breakfast, snacks, meals and drinks are
served with discretion in the privacy of guests' villas.

Island Dining
Dine anywhere on the island, on request. Whether it's a barbecue for
two on the beach, a Thai feast on the boardwalk, a picnic on a sandbank
or a candlelit banquet in a private palm grove, the dedicated Baros
Maldives island dining team takes care of it all.

Satay Bar
For lounging in The Palm Garden, or by the ocean at Cayenne Grill, the
Satay Bar ensures a light yet spicy South East Asian-influenced, casual yet
fulfilling daytime dining experience.

The Lighthouse Lounge
The peak of perfection with panoramic views, the upstairs lounge of
The Lighthouse with its sundowner gallery is a soothing setting for sipping
Champagne or Martinis as the sun slips below the horizon.

Sails Bar
The centre of conviviality – the open-sided Sails Bar is the natural place
under the palms for a refreshing juice, beer or wine at any time. In
the evening, mellow music or live local bands accompany the joy of
camaraderie and the enjoyment of amazing cocktails, fine spirits and
liqueurs, served by experienced bartenders.

Open from 10h00 onwards until the last guest in the evening leaves
