Personalized Airport Meet & Greet
TSS staff can be available at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) seven days a week to offer meet & greet services and assist with arrival and/or departure procedures.
Local Sightseeing
TSS offer a range of daily sightseeing tours as well as day trips in and around Kuala Lumpur and other states of Malaysia . Specialized theme programs are available for groups and incentive tours.
Ground Transportation

Conference Secretariat
TSS offer a centralized point and a secretariat team to co-ordinate all aspects of the event including correspondence, secretarial, communication and attending to inquiries.
Value Selection
TSS can assist in the selection of venues appropriate for the theme of your event be it in a convention hall, a beach resort or even in the midst of a tropical jungle. Site inspection can be arranged on request.
Speakers' Management
TSS can assist in managing the event programmed by co-ordinating speakers' invitations, collate all speakers' requirements for the arrangement of speakers' accommodation, airfares & technical equipment. If required, can assist in identifying suitable speakers for your event.
On Site Management
TSS assigns a team on-site to manage the day-to-day proceeding of the event operating a Hospitality Desk for registration and Tour activities as well as an Operation Centre to look after room set-up, signage’s, audio-visual and technical requirements.
Registration Management
TSS Malaysia, in conjunction with the joint venture partner is able to provide relevant services through E-registration system to capture all details of delegate requirements and preferences. Delegates can opt to register on-line through or via fax to our Kuala Lumpur office. We are able to provide instant confirmation of the registration, hotel bookings, tour and airport transfer bookings, flight reconfirmations as well as on-line processing of payment via credit card.
Exhibition Management
We can initiate and assist to follow through on initial contacts of the potential exhibitors. We can assist in the preparation of the various forms, floor plans, allocation of stands together with the organizing committee on exhibitors behalf. We project-manage subcontractors to handle custom service, baggage handling, transportation, cleaning and all other services.
Financial Management
We assist in formulating and managing a budget for your event, and provide suggestions to stretch your budget.
